Any team six points off the top

now needs to keep winning consistently and have some sustained form because you not only need to bridge the gap (and overtake six teams in the process) but then stay there.

It would probably take another four or five wins in a row to get to the top, given the top two or three will also win games, and then you have to keep winning. So I think play-offs is more realistic.

But I'm a pessimist.
