Lets be fair to Martin. I mean imagine where we got him from. He's had a fantastic

career since. In Paul McVeigh speak he has absolutely made the best of his ability to carve out the best possible career he could have achieved.

But I think he has already been at the top of his ability for 2 or 3 years. I have a lot of respect for him, but I am not sure he is the undroppable one who you make captain without a very capable and clearly appointed vice captain.
