Yeah, never had any problems with rent through an agent either

A problem I did have once though was that the agent would send 'their' plumber round to unblock a toilet and he'd charge ?50 quid a time. When I went with him to see how he did it all he did was give it a quick plunge. He charged me a fiver for petrol! the robadog.
