WOTB Predictions League 2014/2015 - standings after Game 19

So, I've had my own early winter break. Since the Middlesbrough game, we've had what I suspect is a breakaway league created somewhere on another messageboard (probably by CifyForLife), where over a third of the Premier League and a handful of cash-rich others have shamefully followed the dollar.
