We went to the Def Jam Tour in 85 in Hammersmith and it was the same...

...the noise from whistles, the shouting and chanting was unbelievable and at that time I'd never been to a gig like it...

Was also a few months before the Beasties released Licensed to Ill so they were relatively unknown then...

Us and them were the only white faces there...
