Deep Purple? You've just reminded me of one I should have posted in worst gigs.

When I was 13 I was on a French exchange in a town in France with a girl whose family ran the hotel. Ian Gillan and his band stayed and I helped out with some translating. The band gave us tickets to see them.

It was 1976 and I wore my best Laura Ashley dress for the night out. I was SO out of my depth!
