Then the manager should come out and say so. Would let everyone know where things stand then.

As it stands, it appears that Adams was more willing to keep faith with a hopelessly out of form striker rather than turn to Hooper. So people would understandably be questioning his judgement.

Harry didn't have any problem burying Tarrabt at QPR in a similar situation did he.
