You don't tend to get to that position if you have the mentality that settles for a cushy life.

I could be wrong, but I've seen nothing to suggest that McNally is just being carried along by the rest of the Board and that he hasn't been fully behind every decision it has made.

I gave him the benefit of that doubt this time last year, but given how it has all panned out since then...
