The Norwich Way

The board seem to appoint managers the usual way in the 'real world'.So applications,interviews,etc ensue.Thing is football is not the real world.Unlike normal recruitment the candidates are not Joe Bloggs off the street, managers records and achievements are evident.So the interview process is open to poor managers to shine.Peter Grant was a great talker,no doubt Roeder came across well as would Adams.The only time I can remember City just going out and getting their man was Lambert.Palace didn't dither appointing Pulis.When Adams goes(he will)here's hoping the board act decisively.
