Good post, appointing a manager of a football club is the hardest thing

A club has to do. Very very rarely do a board choose the right man, look at Fulham last season and now they appointed a man from within. Cardiff went for OGS who was to be the new wonder manager and know have appointed a lower league manager. Leeds have settled on someone within the club and their fortunes seems to have gotten better.

With hindsight I guess the board wouldn't have signed Adams and if they sack him then the next appointment will be crucial. I think Adams might be given 2/3 games to see if the appointment of Phelan helps.

Like you say Creo, the future is yellow, i'm sure i'll be going to CR for several seasons and if we don't get up this season eventually we will.
