Worthy Out, Heres Why

1) We are a club that given our resources must have some policy of building from within with home grown players. Worthy's shameful treatment of our youth players and his preference for journeyman is hindering the progress of this club.
2) Worthy's disdain for what are probably the best fans in the league is shameful.
3) We have seen his ceiling. He can get us there but no further. For a club that supposedly has ambition I want a manager that can get us to and maintain a top 10 position in the Premier. The supporters deserve nothing less.
