McNally is holding this club back

He may have been the man behind appointing Lambert but he is also the reason for Lambert leaving.
I believe he has no respect from any of the staff at the club and likewise is the reason that no decent manager will come to NCFC.
Through his leadership the club has lost its ethos and it's values.
Changes need to be made.
