Is McNally the problem?

Someone below has intimated that he is the reason that we didn't appoint a stronger candidate in the summer.

In that very silly Radio Norfolk interview, I'm sure I heard Delia say that McNally was the most important person at the club.

I've no problem with him being a hard arse. Aren't all CE's? There seems to be something else though.....
