It's reached that sad stage of "when" rather than "if"..

At this point the board needs to pull the plug. I like NA as a man, and I hope we give him a job with the kids again, but he's not up for the challenge that faces us.

This is a f**king hard league to get out of. And it will only get harder for every season we stay down here. If we don't go up this year, I fear another decade of mid-table mediocrity.

Time for the board to act with pride, and make a proactive decision, versus with regret and making a very reactive decision.

(side note: still hope we can get a draw here...)
