No "drop the weapon, hands up"

Just drive across the grass at high speed, leap out of the car, shoot him at point blank (and then run and hide behind the car not giving first aid - only when an off duty FBI agent came by 4 minutes later did he get first aid. But that's another point)

I had sympathy with the cops when I first read the story - but now I've seen that vid I think they behaved appallingly. Yes the kid was being a dick, but you can see that there was no one else around, no one was in danger even if it was a real gun, and they never gave him a chance to say "woah sorry, it's just BB gun, don't shoot"

They just charged in and shot him, he hardly had time to realise that they were there before there was a bullet in him
