well there might be a reason for that........

often the person who has been shot is not an upstanding citizen and the cop is often a person of decent character.....its a tough sell to a jury.

Cops dont normally shoot people for no reason what soever........ the paperwork and hassle are unf**king believable.

Even the cop (who was clearly in the wrong) could be slightly justified in thinking the guy was going for a gun in his car.
