That was the other shooting wasn't it? This one

Was the case of the kid having a toy gun and the 911 calling saying to the operator its almost certainly a toy but that message not being relayed to the officers.

That said they still just charge in and shoot the kid without a moments hesitation or appearing to be under any kind of threat from him. Not good.
