through thick and thin. It's what I do. If we were in the Conference I'd be going and be enjoying it none-the-less.
Some people enjoy winning above all else and those people tend to fall into supporting the club that is most successful at the time they get an interest in football. They have no real affinity with the club... just in winning and being able to support a side that is winning.
Which is why 606 is full of Man U fans crying "but we are Man Utd" whenever they get turned over. It's not the club they love, it's the oneupmanship they get from supporting a "big" club.
For me it's not about that. I'd feel sadder if we had an Oligarch and were winning every week because we would have lost something that makes our club special.
There's always going to be highs and lows... that's what we sign up for. And you can't enjoy the highs if you don't experience the lows.
And the leagues are littered with clubs where instability of ownership and board - often instigated by the fans demands - have created monumental failure.
If that puts me in the "little Norwich" camp then so be it.
