LOL. The same bulls**t was being spouted 5 years ago, eg. "this is just hindsight! You have no solutions!"
The solutions now are very similar to the solutions then - which I set out back then too.
1. Punt McNally and Bowkett, both of whom are a huge part of the problem now.
2. Bring in a new Chairman and new Chief Executive with proven, well regarded football (CEO) and business (Chairman) backgrounds. In the case of the CEO, that well regarded background should be from at least Championship level with a similar sized club.
3. Punt Adams and bring in a proper manager with a proper track record.
4. Forget this "playing the Norwich way" bollocks and just focus on winning football matches FFS.
5. Delia and Michael - both now in their mid-70s, another part of the problem if you ask me - should make a renewed, serious effort at selling the club.
None of the above has even been attempted - because unlike in 2009, there is no urgency amongst any of the board. There's just drift and complacency instead.
