1) All employees are aware of the expectations the club has of them. These are constantly under review (bare in mind Adams will be in attendance and we can't expect a public dressing down of him) - this includes the coaches and manager and our expectation with the squad we have is promotion.
2) See above - under constant review.
3) We do not wish to advertise the level of budget - this would lead to inflated demands.
4) We now operate in a global business and as such scout well beyond the UK
5) We are not aware of problems caused by these, but will look into this.
6) We feel all merchandise and consumables are competitively priced and all profits go towards the 1st team squad.

On a serious note - can't expect much from the AGM in terms of criticism of Adams. Quite rightly the board should not be doing that in a public forum, I'm 100% convinced that Adams is fully aware that current results aren't good enough - and we'd be extremely naive to think McNally isn't spelling this out to Adams.
