I agree with Seattle...you'd hope the first thing Phelan does Wednesday is say

"Neil, we need a chat .....because there's some seriously strange decisions being made". On another note at least when Phelan says something you'd imagine all the players will take note and respect him and they'll be none of the 'who the hell are you' scenarios.
