Pardew experienced manager at a club where expectation is so huge

The managers head is called for every other day,seen it all and done most of it and admitted he understood the fans.
Or radio commentator out of his depth in a first job that's too big him in the season that the club has the best chance of going straight back up,who is basically messing up every week.
