As I have said before Adams wasn't my choice but I think we should see what he can do with Phelan in the picture.

As I said a while back, if we make a change it should be before the middle of December giving the new boss the whole of the window.

The board pretty much agreed that mistakes were made with Hoots and they should have made a decision earlier.

That probably means Adams is on a very short leash at the moment.

Also if we wait a little longer other lower prem teams might pull the trigger and some decent managers with champs promotion experience may be available......QPR could pull the trap door on Harry.........would you?
