the female co-host of the breakfast show had 'a thing' for him, and used to have the piss taken out of her.

Anyway for her birthday, we secretly arranged for Robbie to come in on the show and surprise her. He was as good as his word and turned up at 7.30am. She was absolutely gob-smacked. Later transpired that Mrs Savage was none too impressed with her husband's friendship with a radio presenter!
