Old man Whelan is rather careful with his cash, which is why he has a lot of it. There'll be someone else out there with a decent track-record going a whole lot cheaper if he really wants a striker. But as you say they will primarily be looking to add a 3rd centreback to henchoz and de Zeeuw. Bad luck, Jacko.
