than any 'experienced' one ready to come to a championship club.
We've done this before haven't we? And I agree that approach was a gamble compared to perhaps an older championship head able to get sides out of the league but who perhaps struggles to then keep them up.
Personally I think appointing someone they feel could develop into a better than average manager is more ambitious that a safe, middle of the road, experienced man.
