Also, have you thought about us salaried folk? I've no idea what my hourly rate is, but I know it's a f**k sight lower than it ought to be, since I work more hours than I'm contracted to. You probably need to turn your hourly rate into a per annum for simplicity.

And what about pro rata for part timers. Poor old Cbeebies is too knackered to work a full week so only does a four day week? Are you pro rateing the figure for him? Although, you seem to have established a prima facie case of Being A Cunt for him, so perhaps we can do without that bit of pencil work.
