She claims to have not remembered anything, both the accused claimed she initiated sexual actions with them. The jury decided she was too drunk to consent to Ched.

But in all honesty, I was not in the court room so have no idea of the actual facts in the case. Newspaper reports of her falling out of the taxi and being helped into the hotel were clearly inaccurate given the footage released from the cctv.
