and me

but the fact remains that apart from a few home games at the end of last season, beating the scum and now winning 4 games in succession, 2005 has been nothing short of disgraceful from a performance, results and team selection basis.

When he brings in Andy Hughes and tells us what a wonderful player he is then everyone has every reason to be concerned.

The proof will come in the transfer window. Ashton almost certainly goes. Worthless gets some more money to spend (waste). I sincerely hope he proves me and many others wrong but on past history we have to be concerned as to who he might bring in with the money at his disposal. After all, he wanted to sign Gareth Taylor - enough said!!

For now I am still in the Worthy Out gang. The problem is that the standard of this league is absolutely shocking and yes we have a chance of making the play-offs. I have thought that all season but not under the current manager as I don't have any faith in his tactics and team selection. For example, if Hughes was still fit I could almost guarantee that he would be starting ahead of McVeigh and at the end of the day because his hand has been forced due to injuries by playing McVeigh we are playing good football, creating chances and scoring goals.

I would love to be proved wrong and be playing football in the premiership next season having won the play-offs but I am still to be convinced that Worthy has the ability to sign decent players.
