it's only natural that he'd try to deflect criticism from himself

but his being totally unable to hold up the ball, control the ball properly, pass the ball regularly to a teammate, and tellingly, have about 8 shots on target in the whole f**king season, tends to give me the impression that he was very much to blame for it.
