Why is it that?

If you buy a bag of peanuts it warns you the bag contains nuts in case you eat them and you have a nut allegy or summit loike that.

However my mate the other day bought a point of mulk. Drunk it but the carton dint warn him of his lactose intolerance and he promtly shat himself on the way hum.
