Watching it for the first time tonight, my 11 year old step daughter.....

Asked what really happened and what was it like for both sides etc etc......i genuinly had a tear in my eye telling her that none of those boys/men wanted to be there, that they all missed their loved ones and dint evenhate each other.....they just prayed they would survive...... When in the advert the two young soldiers shook hands etc etc my daughter cried.......which made me shed a tear..... I think tonight she laetnt that war is a horrible thing. And that cant be bad.
