yep - we can stop him from leaving but

the point is that the board will want him to go if we receive a bid of ?7-8m. That is too much for us to turn down - Worthy saiys that every player has his price. We are still ?20m in debt and could knock ?3m off that in one go if we sold ashton - the board can;t afford to risk keeping him at that price.
