why is it a disgrace that Costa is playing for Spain?

he lived there for five years, gained Spanish nationality and decided that he would prefer to play for them than Brazil (who also tried to call him up at the same time).

It's a bit narrow minded in this day and age to believe that nationality should be fixed to the country where you were born.
