I don't know and I doubt anyone on here really does and if they REALLY did they'd probably keep their mouth shut so as not to make it a legal matter.

We know that Norwich have stated that his "contract has been terminated with immediate effect." We don't know if he had any hand in agreeing for an immediate termination as he felt he could no longer work with the players.

Its all conjecture. As lurd says though, sounds like he went mental and flounced.
