This has occurred to me occasionally during Ep.1-7, but becomes really clear in Ep.8.

Adnan's defense lawyer has the most irritating, difficult-to-listen-to voice I have ever heard. It isn't the accent, but that does grate. It isn't just the pitch and timbre, it isn't the volume, but all of those, combined with the wheedling and whining...f**king hell.

There's one bit in Ep.8, from the trial recording, when she's badgering Jay about his relationship with Stephanie. Fucking hell.

Glad she isn't around to contribute to the podcast tbh. It'd be unlistenable.
