I got done like that once when I was living in Manchester....

Student times and a pipe burst over Christmas and mega-flooded the place.

Some burgled it during renovations. They pinched a 1970s vintage telly. Big heavy f**ker. Couldn't have been worth more than a tenner. It was buggered. Water had got in it. Saved me a job binning the f**ker.

Still bleeding upsetting though.
