it's very hard to gauge from the outside though

I'm guessing that very very few of our really know the ins and outs of the situation.
I know a little bit mind. I hear that DM holds meetings with ridiculously strict and specific deadlines. That seems to suggest a man who is very busy and doesn't want to waste all day in endless meetings
