What I am saying though is that where that manager has NO experience whatsoever (as ours does) then the quality and knowledge of their coaches becomes far, far more important than it would otherwise be. This is why we tried to get Joe Royle in to make up for the gaps in Adams experience.
If we now bring in another more experienced coach then its just an further acknowledgment that Adams needs help. I guess we are better off getting him help than letting him continue to flounder but it would just have been easier to appoint an experienced manager in the first place.
