While I agree with you about the Alan Irvine point, most of the rest is just supposition and extrapolation. Unless I'm completely mistaken, and I apologise if I am, you don't know in detail what Swansea's management structure or philosophy is. It's guesswork. I'm not saying you're wrong, but I'm not saying it's right either and you can't present it as fact. Neither can you say there's no chance that we would appoint a foreign assistant - what kind of accusation is that?
