The opinion of Adams has been for the most part reactive

to results (but then again, that's the same for all football managers).

End of last season, everybody chastised the board for a cheap option with no pedigree.

Start of this season when we went on a good run, people started to love him. Some even predicted 100pts for the season, which was just idiotic.

Now we're back to wanting him gone. I'm also an outer, I think sides very quickly sussed how to nullify our game and clearly, Adams has no tactical nous. Furthermore, the resolve and belief of the team has died.

The biggest worry for me though is the board's world famous approach of proving loyalty in the face of failure, even if it totally f**ks the club in the process. It wouldn't surprise me if we were to languish near the foot of the table and still see Adams at the helm.

Adams will definitely go before we start challenging for promotion again. It's just a question of how many years it'll take for the board to make the crucial decision.
