Darel Russell was spot on on Radio Norfolk last season

He said we're a club that lacks identity. We've no talisman like a Mackay, a Roberts, a Huckerby or a Holt. We're bereft of any kind of leadership on the pitch. Russell Martin as captain? What a joke. Not good enough to be in the side and offers nothing in terms of leading and inspiring the other players. Which of the current crop can any of us fans really identify with and say they'll make a difference to our playing fortunes? A boring manager overseeing a boring team.
