It's not so much the DoF model as much as an acknowledgement that:

1. Robbie has huge potential, but is learning on the job so needs a steady, experienced hand to advise him

2. We can't afford not to do that given the desperate need to win promotion ASAP

Yet Norwich? Norwich do the opposite. And if I'm honest, you know what really upsets me about Norwich a lot of the time? We remind me of Hibs. :(
