Adams out ASAP. He's not up to it. I don't blame NA as it's simply another f**k up by the board. Those big babies we call footballers need a man who they respect as a manager and not as the nice bloke who used to be on the radio and managed the youth team. It's obvious what a lack of respect he has from some players who call him Neil when it should be boss, gaffer etc. Even though he currently is the manager I just don't think some of the squad see him as that.
