Coupled with his inexperience is enough for me as I stated at the time, this season isn't one for a work experience manager who's learning on the job. All this four points off the top business looks to me like the other teams lack of strength/consistency rather than any good coaching or man management skills showed by adams.
No way of telling obviously but I still believe that had we appointed somebody else who's maybe done the job beforehand, we'd be in a better off position than we are now.
He was never going to get as much time as a manager with a track record, basically because hardly anybody wanted him as manager, and in my opinion rightly so. If we do by some miracle go up it will be in spite of adams rather than because of him
