I concur. I've had 2 run ins with him to back up this assumption

1. Him openly laughing at City fans after our Villa relegation match in '95. I flicked the V's at him and he cried off to a mounted cop.

2. He was STEAMING drunk in the Trafford fish shop. Mouthing off in front of kids and old folk. Disgrace. I told him to stop swearing he was embarressing himself, he started mouthing off even more so I took my mobile out and filmed him, he stopped after about 10 seconds of trying to grab it off me and stormed out.
