yeah my dad did that basically

managed a boys u15 team, which went unbeaten for a whole season but some parents not happy their little angel didn't get enough match time. He resigned. Then was brought back a couple of years later, didn't do quite as well but even more parents and problems that time. Years later he fancied getting back into football again and this time ran a woman's side and faced very little issues/problems and they did really well.
