I don't think he is to be fair...what it has proved without any doubt is that

sometimes just sometimes a change should happen sooner rather than later. If NA hadn't had 5 games last season. didn't manage to keep the squad, hadn't assembled a squad that is the envy of most managers and hadn't made decisions that were diabolical then some would be more sympathetic. He can't be given much longer because this squad will be weaker next season if we don't go up.
