People need to see the bigger picture with an appointment like Pulis...

Surely the long term ambition is to get the club stabilised in the prem. Maybe challenging for the odd trophy too.

He has just the skill set to achieve that. I personally thought he played some decent stuff at palace. Certainly not as direct as when he was at Stoke.

The longer the club holds on to Adams the more long term damage it will cause.
