Any manager has nine lives really

Figuratively speaking but you get what I mean.

Before last night, I don't think Adams had really used up any. I do genuinely believe that our performance levels had been acceptable and that we deserved more points from the last half dozen games.

So, I am nowhere near thinking he should go - however I do think last night was the first life lost. Any time a team, turns in a performance of such insipidness, the focus has to be on the manager. If we continue to perform as poorly, then he will continue to lose lives and his position will eventually become untenable.

I'm not saying I think it will definitely happen - I really honestly don't know. I'm certainly not going to kill the guy with the slavering fervour of many people on here. I want to see how things pan out after the Forest game when we have three home games out of four up to mid December.

If the performance levels continue to drop then the Board may have a decision to make with three games to go before the transfer window opens. For now though, I really do think a few people just need to calm the f**k down.
